How We Work
Our therapists draw from a blend of approaches that honor both the science and the art of healing. We’re trained in methods like EMDR, Brainspotting, Sandtray, and other experiential techniques that help the body and mind process what words alone can’t always reach.
Grounded in attachment theory and humanistic values, our work focuses on helping you feel seen, safe, and empowered to connect more fully—with yourself and the people who matter most.
