Adult Therapy

Life has a way of pulling us off center. In adult counseling, we help you slow down, notice what’s underneath, and reconnect with yourself in new ways. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, or a desire for deeper meaning, our therapists offer steady, compassionate support grounded in proven methods and genuine human connection.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Children and teens communicate through play, movement, and emotion—sometimes more than words. Our therapists use creative, developmentally attuned approaches like sandtray, art, and experiential techniques to help young people express, regulate, and grow. We work closely with parents to strengthen connection, build understanding, and support the whole family system.

Group Therapy

Healing happens in relationship—and groups create a space to see yourself more clearly through others’ stories. Our group offerings help adults and teens build self-awareness, practice new skills, and experience authentic connection in a safe, guided environment. Each group is facilitated by an experienced therapist who ensures structure, depth, and care.

Parenting Sessions

Parenting is both profound and demanding. Our parent coaching sessions help you move from reactivity to connection—deepening your understanding of your child’s needs and your own responses. Grounded in attachment and nervous system-informed approaches, we support parents in creating homes of harmony, confidence, and mutual respect.

LCSW Supervision

For clinicians working toward licensure, our supervision process offers both clinical depth and professional growth. We integrate case consultation, self-reflection, and skill development to help you refine your voice as a therapist. Rooted in relational and experiential frameworks, we aim to help you feel grounded, competent, and connected to your purpose in this work.
