Tara is a trauma-focused, attachment-based therapist who works with adults to foster deeper connection and lasting change. Trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Somatic and Experiential therapies, Tara blends attunement and insight with body-based approaches that support embodied healing and authentic living. She also provides supervision and consultation for therapists and community organizations.
