Hi, I’m Yadi
Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or the version of themselves they long to be, and unsure how to trust their own emotions, needs, or intuition. I believe therapy creates space for deeper connection, greater self-understanding, and a stronger ability to trust yourself and move through life with more clarity and confidence. I work with children, teens, adults, families, and couples who are longing for more connection—whether that’s within themselves, in their relationships, or in their family system. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and welcome clients from all backgrounds and lived experiences.
My approach is relational, attachment-focused, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and pace. I integrate modalities such as Play Therapy, Theraplay, Circle of Security (Certified Facilitator), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic-based work. I am especially drawn to parts work and helping clients better understand how they relate to themselves and others.
I also bring experience working with complex and attachment-based trauma, including physical, emotional, spiritual, and sexual abuse. I hold this work with deep care and respect, always honoring each client’s readiness and capacity.
It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and the life they want to build. If you’re considering therapy and wondering whether we might be a good fit, I welcome the opportunity to connect, answer questions, and help you get a feel for whether working together feels supportive for you.
