Hi, I’m Yadi
Yadira Gonzalez is a bilingual Clinical Mental Health Therapist licensed in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP), offering therapy in both English and Spanish. She works with individuals across the lifespan—including children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples—and welcomes clients from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
Yadira specializes in complex and attachment-based trauma, including experiences of physical, emotional, spiritual and sexual abuse/ assault. Her work is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, multicultural, and deeply client centered. She is trained in a variety of modalities, including EMDR, Play Therapy, Theraplay, Circle of Security (Certified Facilitator), Somatic Experiential–informed approaches, Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO), and Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) through the IFS Institute.
While Yadira thoughtfully integrates multiple therapeutic approaches, she has a particular affinity for Internal Family Systems, often weaving it alongside other modalities in a way that honors each client’s goals, energy, and readiness. She believes therapy is not one-size-fits-all and is committed to meeting clients exactly where they are in their healing journey.
She is intentional about creating a space that feels safe, grounded, and respectful where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and show up as they truly are. Yadira approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, honoring each person’s story and inner wisdom. It is her honor to walk alongside clients as they heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves, at their own pace and in their own way.
